A 12-week private coaching experience for women who are ready to stop people-pleasing, trust what they need, and finally make choices for themselves without being consumed by guilt about how everyone else might feel.

ENROLL NOW
We’ll begin with a private onboarding session where we’ll talk about your history, the patterns you’ve noticed, what’s been keeping you stuck, and what you want to be different.
You’ll move through eight coaching modules over 12 weeks, with videos, journal prompts, assessments, exercises, guided meditations, and supporting resources. Each module gets the time it deserves because this work isn’t meant to be rushed.
Each week, we’ll meet privately for 45–60 minutes. This is where we take what you’re learning and apply it to your relationships, your patterns, and the situations actually happening in your life.
As things come up, you’ll have personalized resources and support to help you practice responding differently, trusting yourself, setting boundaries, and honoring what you need.
We’ll finish with a private exit session to reflect on what’s changed, what you’ve learned about yourself, and how you’ll keep choosing yourself long after our 12 weeks together end.
I Know What It’s Like to Lose Yourself While Trying to Be Everything for Everyone Else.
I know how easy it is to become so focused on what everyone else needs that you stop listening to yourself. That’s part of why I do this work. I want to help you understand the patterns that brought you here, make sense of who you are, and learn to trust yourself again—because choosing yourself doesn’t mean you stop caring about everyone else. It means you finally stop leaving yourself out.
When you are made aware of something, it changes things. Before our work together, I couldn’t have told you what an empath is, I couldn’t have told you what emotional energy is, and everything was confused and garbled in my mind. Because of my work with Jen, I see everything from a completely different set of lenses. I’m so grateful to her and highly recommend her to anyone who struggles with feeling emotionally burned out as an empath, or struggles to understand how to balance compassion with selfcare.

This could be you....
Jen has helped me change my life, and knowing her has made me a better person. I’ve been so encouraged each time I learn something from her that helps me understand my worth. For the first time in my life I feel hope and see a different future.

When I met Jen, I couldn’t name my own emotions; I didn’t know what it meant to be an empath, and I didn’t know how to quiet my mind. I just knew something had to change. My work with Jen has been invaluable in helping me understand myself and the patterns I had learned that helped me cope but were no longer useful in my life. Jen helped me identify emotions and separate myself from others. I’ve learned to manage the emotional toll that comes with being an empath and keep myself from becoming overwhelmed. I’m able to set boundaries and communicate my own emotions and needs in relationships, and still be a compassionate person. The noise has stopped, and I feel more at peace than I’ve ever felt.

Is this therapy?
No. The Willful Joy Way is a coaching experience focused on helping you recognize the patterns showing up in your life now, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and practice responding differently. We’ll focus on building self-trust, setting boundaries, honoring your needs, and actually applying what you’re learning to your real life.
How do I know if 1:1 coaching is right for me?
The Willful Joy Way is for you if you’re ready to go deeper than simply understanding your patterns. You want personalized support applying what you’re learning to your actual relationships, decisions, boundaries, and everyday life. If you’re ready to stop saying, “I know why I do this” and start figuring out how to actually do something different, this is where we do that work together.
What if I’m not good at setting boundaries or putting myself first yet?
Then you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. You don’t need to show up already knowing how to say no without guilt or magically trusting every decision you make. That’s the work. We’ll look at what makes those things so difficult for you and start practicing something different, one real-life situation at a time.
Why is the program 12 weeks if there are only eight modules?
Because we’re not rushing this. Some modules need more than a week, and having information isn’t the same as actually changing a pattern you’ve spent years practicing. The extra time gives you space to learn, apply what you’re learning, talk through what comes up, and practice until it starts becoming something you can actually use in your life.
What if I’ve already done a lot of work on myself?
That’s okay. In fact, you may already understand exactly why you people-please, overthink, or struggle to put yourself first. But understanding a pattern and changing it are two different things. This work is about taking what you already know about yourself and learning how to respond differently when those patterns show up in your actual life.
YOU ALREADY KNOW A LOT ABOUT YOURSELF.
You don’t have to know exactly what needs to change or how you’re going to get there. That’s what we can talk about. Book a connection call and let’s have a real conversation about where you are, what you want to be different, and whether The Willful Joy Way feels like the right next step for you.
No pressure. Just a conversation.
